Porch Swing

Tonight is the perfect sort of evening for sitting quietly on a porch swing with a cup of iced coffee and a good book-- listening to the chirping of the crickets and the quiet murmuring of the flowers as they wish each other pleasant dreams, watching owls play beneath the stars that are just starting out on yet another round of hide-and-seek with the sun, and probably never opening the book because the stories the crickets are telling are simply more interesting.

Such a perfect night for this that I think it's just what I'll do...
