Thoughts on a Sunday evening...

No majestic colors in the sunset tonight. The sky is solely arrayed in a broad band of pale gold, fading gently into the softness of a downy blue sky. Usually I like color and vibrancy, but sometimes the subtle peace and tranquility of simplicity is so much more beautiful. Tonight's sunset is like tea with honey to the soul- a perfect reminder of God's everlasting love and compassion, and the joy and peace we can have in Him.
